About
Meet Sara
The woman in the lab coat.

Sara Heisler
I'm Sara Heisler.
For more than twenty years my work has been in chiropractic wellness, where I learned to see healing as something that flows from above down and from the inside out. The Soulpothécary is where that conviction meets my faith.
I created it for the people I keep meeting: those who know God exists but have stopped reading the Bible, because religion hurt them or because they were taught things that never rang true. I want to hand them scripture again, alongside the daily practices and the science that help it take root.
And maybe you're not even sure God is real. You're welcome here too. Bring your questions with you. There's room for them in the Lab.
I know, because that person was me.
For about ten years, I was all in on the New Age. I studied healing, the nervous system, energy fields, chakras and meditation, and I read everything I could get my hands on. Then a friend invited me to Bible study. I had never read the Bible. Ever.
The Word changed my life. As I read, I kept recognizing things. Everything I had spent a decade studying about healing, mind, body and spirit, was already there, just written in a different form. I had simply had the order backwards. I started with the techniques and left God for last.
The Soulpothécary is what happened when I put them in the right order: scripture first, with spiritual practice and neuroscience built beneath it.
I think about healing the way a good chemist thinks about a formula. It deserves precision. It deserves beauty. And it deserves to be done right, one carefully measured ingredient at a time.
This is not about more rules. It is about coming home to God, to your own soul, and to a life that feels well-composed.
The principle
ADIO: Above Down, Inside Out
Borrowed from chiropractic philosophy, ADIO is the order every formula in the Lab follows.
Above Down
Healing begins with God. Scripture and prayer come first, and everything else is built beneath them.
Inside Out
Lasting change grows from within, through the practices and patterns we keep each day, and then shows up in the life around us.
