The Soulpothécary is run by Sara Heisler in Kirkland, Washington. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. "We," "us" and "our" mean The Soulpothécary.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you join the HEAL-THY waitlist, we collect your first name and email address. When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, email address and the message you write.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its host (Wix) collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. The site stores a small visitor key in your browser so our forms and blog can load.
We do not ask for payment information, government ID numbers or account passwords on this site.
How we use it
- To send you HEAL-THY updates and presale news you asked for.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the site running, secure and working well.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to run the site and our email list: Wix (website hosting, forms and site analytics), our email newsletter provider, and Google Fonts (which loads the site's typefaces from Google's servers). They handle your information only to provide their services to us.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of The Soulpothécary or others.
Emails
If you join the waitlist, you'll receive emails from The Soulpothécary. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it or delete it. Send your request through our Contact page, and we'll respond within 45 days.
Health information
Because The Soulpothécary is a healing and wellness brand, Washington law asks us to explain separately how we handle any information that relates to your health. Please read our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and contact messages only as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website can promise perfect security.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
